Iris Identity currently creates non-operational wallet records for development tests. The returned identifier has no recoverable signing key.

iris provision wallet AGENT_ID --sandbox --chain ethereum

Do not send funds to the generated identifier. It cannot sign messages or transactions. Responses include operational: false.
